You may call us for an eye examination appointment. To facilitate your check-in process when you come in for your appointment, we recommend that you download, print, and fill out the forms ahead of time.

Eye Exam Information
What will happen during your exam depends on the type of appointment you have scheduled. Our routine comprehensive exams typically take two hours to complete. Our exams are a little longer than exams given at most other eye care providers' offices because of the extensive battery of tests we perform. You will be examined by a student intern and a licensed optometrist.
Our eyewear dispensaries are open during office hours. No appointment is necessary, but please check in at the front desk when you arrive.
The School of Optometry eye care centers offer all types of contact lenses—including rigid gas permeable, soft, daily wear, extended wear, bifocal, and disposable. We specialize in the "hard-to-fit" patient, using the most advanced technology in the field.
We welcome contact lens prescriptions from doctors outside of our clinics.
