We accept a wide variety of insurance and government assistance programs
All copays and deductibles are due at the time of service. You will receive a bill in the mail for any additional charges and fees not covered by your insurance.
Commercial insurance
We currently accept:

Government assistance programs
We currently accept:
- Medicare Part B
- Medicare supplements
- Railroad Medicare
- Medicaid (Hoosier Healthwise, Hoosier Care Connect, Healthy Indiana Plan)
- DMERC
- Indiana Vocational Rehabilitation Program
- VA (HealthNet)
Student bursar accounts
If you are an IU student, you may have your charges applied to your bursar account.
IU vision insurance
IU employees who are enrolled in a medical plan through the university receive the Vision Wear Benefit, which includes:
- A routine eye exam every 12 months per member, with a $10 copay
- Frames, lenses, and contacts covered with specific allowances and copays
